Central heating, flat-screen television, and a microwave in the room, marvellous location.

The staff was very friendly and my stay was very good, would stay here again. I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was luxury and clean. I had perfect and comfy room with double beds. Central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave were included. Its location was comfortable and easy, in the Norman area, and in a safe area. Also, Westside Church of Christ was 3 miles away from the property.

Rooms are clean and huge with king bed, good amenities, food is delicious.

I've booked queen room with double beds and everything was nice. Great service was provided too. The location was good and excellent, with a movie theater and restaurants close to the hotel. Easy access to Will Rogers World airport, which was about 30 minutes' drive away.

I booked perfect and quiet room with king bed and good amenities, as example. The breakfast meal was good hot. The staff was excellent and amicable, offered excellent services.

It was fairly clean with excellant customer service. Hotel's meals where good, and we found Salt Grass Steakhouse in the area. You guys made our stay real good.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Norman, close to many attractions and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had good coffee, soap, and shampoo in the rooms, and the towels and bedding were clean.

The hotel could improve on its pet policy, as it was not pet-friendly and did not allow guests to bring their pets into the rooms.

Room was comfortable, goood breakfast selection.

I was there three days. It was strange to me that the same litter was on the ground by one door for all three days. Used towels at the pool wee there from 4 pm until the next morning, and one day I had the do not disturb sign out until 130 pm, and the room was never cleaned that day.

The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool.

We arrived very early in the morning and the clerk was away from the desk, she did not appear for at least 10 minutes. Also, our room was not cleaned while we stayed there. The location is very hard to find, especially after dark.

Exceptionally quiet location. Courteous & professional staff. Clean, comfortable room. Would stay again.

Location right near everything.

Not on the same par as any other 3 star hotel we have stayed in. Cleanliness of hotel was a "hair" under average. Front staff at check in was really great next day not so much.

A great selection of delicious food at breakfast time. Clean rooms provided with double beds as well as good amenities. Great area, marvellous and awesome location, next to many, many different restaurants and Lloyd Noble Center and theatres.

Felt very secure, no complaints.

The food was not out due to the large number of guest. No eggs or coffee. The one person was not ableto keep up.
